Terms of Use & Privacy Policy
Of course, there always has to be some important stuff to know! Nobody reads these things anyway, but in case you do, here are some things to know.
Privacy policy.
I will not share contact information you provide me with anyone. Seriously, I'm not selling anything and I wouldn't want your info sold either. I don't want mine sold either!
Student information
I will NEVER post any personal information about any of my students. Names may be altered before sharing some items, like videos of experiments or great other items. No student pictures will appear here, either, so don't ask. Students and parents have access to the more secure Edmodo page. Students are given the access code at school only and, through that, parents can obtain access information.
Terms of use.
I make no claims to own any images, links, or webpages associated with this page. Documents (including Word documents, PowerPoint slides, instructional JPEGs, etc.) were designed for my students. While these are based off of the current Essential Standards as adopted by North Carolina and should paralell any around the US, everyone does things a little different. If you want to use these items, by all means, go ahead. Do not use this site in spam related emails, as a reference for information for any papers (other than as a resource), or in any inappropriate manner. Spelling errors happen, so let it go or contact me so I can fix them. Also, um, well, I guess I don't know anything else legalistic to add, but I will if need be. Understand, this website was designed for students, parents, and staff members, not to be some sort of end all, be all of science-y information!
